Status Disclosure

Introduction:

David Crawshaw T/S Stourbridge Autos, we are committed to providing transparent and fair services to our customers.

This Commission Disclosure Document aims to inform you about the commission we may receive for our referral services. As an authorised credit broker, we work with a panel of lenders to help you find suitable finance options for purchasing your vehicle.

Our Role as a Credit Broker:

Stourbridge Autos is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a broker not a lender. FCA No: 664300.

As a credit broker, we act as an intermediary between you and the lenders on our panel. We may also refer you to a 3rd party finance broker, our goal is to help you secure the most suitable finance product for your needs and budget.

Commission Structure:

When we refer you to a lender and a credit agreement is successfully arranged, we may receive a commission from the lender. This commission can be a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow from the lender. Please note that the commission we receive does not affect the amount you pay to the lender under your credit agreement.

Commission Disclosure:

We are dedicated to providing you with all the necessary information to make informed decisions. At any point you may ask us to disclose the existence and amount of any commission that may have influenced our recommendation or decision to offer a particular financial product to you.

Impact on Customer Decisions:

Commission disclosure is particularly important if the commission could have had an undue influence on our choice of lender or the recommendation we provided to you. We want to ensure that you have a complete understanding of any potential financial incentives related to your credit agreement.

Requesting Commission Disclosure:

If you wish to receive commission disclosure or have any questions regarding the commission we receive for arranging your credit agreement, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with the relevant information within five business days of your request.

No Obligation:

It is essential to highlight that you are under no obligation to proceed with any financial product or credit agreement that we introduce you to. You have the freedom to explore alternative options and choose what best suits your needs.

Review and Updating:

This Commission Disclosure Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. Any necessary updates will be made promptly and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
